We believe in complete transparency, even when it comes to our fees. Here’s how our pricing works:
- Fixed Fee for Project Review
- £249 (non-refundable unless we cannot take the job).
- This fee covers:
- Reviewing all project documents.
- Assessing material specifications.
- Preparing a personalized procurement strategy.
- 1% of the Material Order Value
- For every material order we place, we charge a flat 1% fee.
- Example: If your material order is £1,000, our invoice will be £1,010.
Why 1%?
Transparency is the foundation of trust. We openly state this fee because we know that in most cases, the builder will pass this cost on to the client. And that’s okay – it’s part of being upfront and honest.
Builder or Client? It’s Flexible.
By default, our 1% fee is invoiced to the client, but builders and clients can agree to handle this cost differently. Why do we say this? Because honesty matters.
- For Builders:
We know you’ll likely add this cost to the project total, and that’s perfectly fine. The key is to communicate this with your client – and Materika helps you do that. - For Clients:
When you see our fee added to your invoice, you know exactly what you’re paying for: transparency, trust, and expertly sourced materials.
